
Pediatric/NICU Nurse Training and Curriculum Development in Liberia
Partnering with the JFK Medical Center in Monrovia, Liberia, global health nurses are supporting pediatric and neonatal nurse capacity building by developing and implementing through competency-based education, simulation training, mentoring, and locally led curriculum development to strengthen clinical care and reduce preventable newborn and child mortality. By strengthening clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and team-based care, the project aims to improve outcomes for critically ill infants and children across Liberia.
